Do you take insurance? +

Using insurance to pay for counseling can be a double edged sword. Insurance companies often limit the number of sessions, dictate the need for a specific diagnosis in order to cover sessions, and generally have a negative impact on the quality of counseling over the long term. By choosing not to take insurance, therapists have significantly more freedom to assess and treat the whole person without the constraints placed on the relationship by insurance. However, Stephanie and Alicia strongly believe that finances should not be a hindrance to getting the counseling you need. If finances are a concern, please talk to Stephanie or Alicia about your personal situation and we will be happy to work with you.
